Well ladies and gents at approx 5:15pm I'll have left the comfort of Northern California and travel to the East Coast and arrive in wonderfull New York City for the Model United Nations.

The spicifics? I'm the honorable (debateable) delegate representing Coasta Rica on the General Assembly: Third Committee: Human Rights. Starting Tuesday I will work with fellow Latin American countires to pursue proposals that benifit the world comunity of human rights.

The confrence will have over 3000 delegates from around the world including Canada (boo, sorry Tara), Germany, Japan, Afghanastan, and Iraq. (Oddly the group from Iraq represents Iraq while the group from Canada represents the USA). Sessions begin at about 9am and run till as late as 11pm. It's a full work load but I'm finally pretty jazzed abot it.

Oh...yeah... I'm in NYC.. where last call is 4 am.

So.. I haven't decided if i want to create world peace... or pursue glbal domination...eitherway I'm going to a Mets game.
