Ahhh baseball playoffs. Truely a uniqe time during the year. And a most insightfull ones.

In baseball there is always the bad the good, and the great, but what do playoffs do? Create a new catagory, the Legendary.

What is a bad playoff player? Kim, the Arizona closer at the time who blew two games allowing the Yankees to force a game seven.

What is a good play off player? The usual everyday players who step it up for a series. Like the Angles Benji Molina or the Astros Morgan Ensberg (though he just steped it up all season).

What is a GREAT playoff player? Vlad Gurraro. Watching him tonight (last innign promptin me to write this), exhibit GREAT baserunning skills which allowed him to score.

What is a legendary playoff player? Roger Clemens. Who comes on in relief after two nights rest and keeps his team a float during the next few inngins even preforming a sac bunt at one point. Then watching as his team wins a game in 18 innings.

Life and baseball are equal in almost every level.

There are people in histoy who are bad, good, great, and legendary as well as people in our lives who are the same.

I know all types of these people. I know a few bad people who prove to be a negative affect on everything around them.... I know the good people who do nothing wrong and make the positive descions.... I know great people who will be there at the drop of a hat... and I know the legendary people who changed my life.

Baseball and Life... hand in hand.
